SCORM error message

I'm not familiar with that type of message - have you had a chance to discuss it with your LMS team? You might want to take a look at this article on troubleshooting Articulate/LMS issues to see if something catches your eye. It might also be a good idea to run your course through SCORM Cloud (which is detailed in the article) to determine if there's an issue with the actual course running in an LMS, or if it's the LMS itself causing problems.

Thanks for the quick response. I am beginning to suspect that a video attached to a slide is corrupted. I have removed the videos and can now upload to the LMS without the error message. BUT I now have a problem when I run the package: it gets to a certain slide and then articulate 'hangs'. The cursor changes to one with a padlock, and the forward button does not work.  I have run the problem zip files through the Test Suite and they all test normal, with the exception of the hang.

Can't see any of my videos though, except those embedded in interaction slides?

Hi Kirsty,

You said the course and videos run fine outside of your LMS, right? My next thought would be to ask your LMS if they support the video formats you've included in your course, i.e FLV, SWF, etc...
