I have logged in my Laptop after 50 days. I am trying to complete my old project. When I click on Preview, it asks me to save PPT but after that it is not showing any progress. Everytime I clicked on 'Preview' it ask to save presentation. What can be issue?
Are your PowerPoint and Presenter files located in the same directory? Are they named the same? Are they located on your local hard drive, rather than an external or network drive?
Power point and presenter are located in different directory
Names are different.
They are on local hard drive.
After posting the query. I tried it and some time it works perfectly and some time it hangs. I am not sure if it is issue of version?
Another issue I am facing is on all slides I have added narration video, but only on one slide I am not able to add annotation as that lasts only for 5 seconds. From where I can change this 5 seconds to actual time of video?
You will want to make sure that both your PowerPoint and Presenter files are named the same(PPT or PPTX and PPTA). That should cut down on a lot of the issues you have been having, while making sure to keep doing what you already are.
Once they are the same name, please let me know if you are still experiencing the problem. If so, please go ahead and submit a Support Case so that we can take a closer look. Make sure to upload your files when doing so. You will need to create an Articulate Package before sharing them.
