Issue with text being underlined once published

I am having an issue when publishing a project. In the actual project, the text is not underlined however, once I publish the project, several of the text boxes on different slides show up underlined. I can have 4 bulleted text boxes all with identical font, style, animations on one slide and after publishing, one of the text boxes will be underlined. If I go back to the project, the text is still NOT underlined. I have tried actually underlining the text and then removing it to see if that will resolve the issue and it is not doing the trick. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this and how to resolve it?

Hi Sharon & welcome to Heroes,
I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
Was there a solution to this problem? We're having the same issue. I submitted a case this afternoon.
Hi Ruth,
It looks like the previous issue was either presentation or computer-specific. Thus, you should be hearing back from our support team via the case soon.
Yes -- support sent me the steps for correcting a corrupt powerpoint file.

And it works!
