Recently the course was published using the articulate presenter tool,the course was working fine in the Windows platform with flash player 10. The system was upgraded to flash player 11,when i try to launch the same course and navigate to the last slide the course is getting bottle necked.

Looks like you're working with a Presenter course, so if you could send us your course files, that would be great. Along with a published version of the course, like Adrian suggested, please also create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
