Issues with bookmarking and LMS in Studio 13

Hi,

I am working on a course that was created in 2008 and am republishing it using Studio 13. I am facing the following issues with the course:

1. There are some captivate videos that are functioning properly, specifically the inbuilt audio is not heard. When I try inserting the video, an error is shown saying "The SWF contains script with references to "_root" and may not function properly in the published output."

2. Final assessment is not functioning properly

3. Course can be relaunched after failing test but test cannot be attempted again

4. Passing score not updated in LMS

5. Overall completion status is not getting updated to "Completed" or "Successful"

6. Course is not moving to Learning History in the LMS.

Please guide me for these.
