Issues with Google Chrome

Good Afternoon,

I have recently published a course and have noticed that I am having to manually credit (or pass) a high percentage of our users.

Our IT department believes it may be an issue with our users using Google Chrome.

Does anyone have any advice or fixes for this issue?

I have had issues with users using Google Chrome.  The only by-pass was for people to use Internet Explorer.  Presenter does technically work on Chrome though, but I have not had consistent luck, especially when it's published to LMS.  (It is much better when just Published to Online if using chrome).

What is the trigger for tracking completion?  Is it reaching all the pages?  I often set the completion rate to two slides less (e.g. 50 out of 52) to account for LMS completion issues I've had in the past.  

I've also had separate issues with our LMS and Presenter but that was a LMS issue.
