Has anyone encounter completion issues while using IE 11? If so, what solution(s) are available. I'm using Presenter 13 and our LMS is not marking completion status; however, it will with earlier versions of IE.

If not, start there. Before we released, I personally checked to make sure IE11 was tracking as expected in multiple outputs.
If you continue to have problems, submit a support case to the link below and include your project files, the name of your LMS, and (if possible) access to the LMS so that we can troubleshoot the issue:
OK, so what if I'm running the very latest build of Studio '09 and IE11 is still not reflecting course completion in our testing? IE8/9/10 have worked as expected in the same LMS environment.
So you are running Update 10 for Studio '09 and have followed all of the instructions for updating your LMS content that is in the article that Brian shared above? Here it is again if you need it.

No, these are course developed and published prior to update, in fact some of the course were publish with Presenter 9. Will I need to republish?

For the Studio '13 projects, I'd recommend republishing them with the latest update.
