Japanese characters in notes tab

I am having an issue with Japanese characters not displaying properly in the notes section of the published files. The characters appear as boxes.

The issue is similar to the one found here http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/894/3146.aspx#3146

I have followed all the steps suggested for localizing my computer for the language. It has not helped for this course. However, I have a total of four courses in Japanese. Three of them publish correctly with the characters appearing. Only one course does not. All the settings are the same across all courses.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the issue? Thanks for the help.

Mind sending us your files so we can take a look at what's going on? Here's how:

1)  First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here
 
2)  Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form. 
 
3)  In the Comments field, include the slide numbers where the issue occurs. Please be as detailed as possible with your description.
