JIT Problem?

This week my Studio 13 has started to crash and lock up when I go into my "Player" to update my presentation. I get an error report "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application" when I scroll down the error message I see a comment about JIT Debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on this computer rather than handled by the dialog?? I am no computer expert, can some one please advise?

If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem.
I followed your advice, by uninstalling Studio 13 and re=installing, but now its worse, every time I hit the "Player" button I get the Articulate Error message box come up. I have tried different Power Points but the same happens.

Good Morning, I now have it working but another problem! what in the world is happening? The problem I have now is that when I copy a PowerPoint slide with an embedded flash, I publish the material and my page is now blank, can you help on this issue please. I am sorry to be a pest to you, but I am no computer expert and since having Studio 13 there is nothing but problems, 09 was good.
