I just installed Articulate Studio on windows 7 pro 64-bit. When attempt to open up the program I get unhandled exception errors. For instance, when clicking the desktop link for presenter on the desktop and selecting "Launch powerpoint" i get an unhandled exception.
Engage throws an exception as well.
I've already tried reinstalling the entire suite of programs and the computer is completely up to date (Windows and Microsoft updates).
Can you confirm that you're running the 32-bit installation of Office 2010, please?
Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010. Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version, and Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010.

Also, the version of office is Professional Plus 2010 - completely up to date
