Sorry if I'm off base, but I'm not quite sure I fully understand what the issue is here. Have the notes disappeared after publishing the course? If so, it's possibly related to having the PowerPoint notes font color set to white.
Changing the font color in the PowerPoint notes will always display as black when authoring. To correct your issue, select all of the text in the PowerPoint notes area, right-click part of the text and select Font from the menu and change the Color to Black. Republish and view.
Could that be it? Or can you provide any more detail about what's going on? Thanks!
Originally, there were notes available in the notes pane of PPT for each individual slide. I created all interactions, combining slides ,that made any PPT notes obsolete.
I made a word doc and pdf attachment with the presentation notes so I would stll have them.
