I publish the file to my hard drive and then copy the folder to our server, then the next day when we try to open the presentation it opens a blank screen. any thoughts on this??
Are you uploading to a web server, or LMS? Also, what browser are you using to view the presentation? If you can, try clearing your browser cache or try to use a different browser to view the course. Are you able to tell any difference?
Is there any error at all, or is the page just blank? Try to make sure that you're not placing this on a network drive and then viewing the published content as this will cause some strange behavior.
If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
