We have loaded a presentation onto our LMS that includes attachments. When using Chrome or Explorer the attachments open fine in a new window but when using Mozilla the attachments do not appear. A new tab opens and it is blank (about:blank). Has anyone else experienced this issue and if there a fix.
What are the attachments? Links or files? If files, what kind of files? If links are they going to an intranet or internet address? Can you duplicate this on more than one computer? Also, what version of Firefox are you using?
I have found, with files anyway, that when using them as attachments, I remove the long path and just leave the file name. Also, I make sure that there are no blank spaces in the file name. i replace them with underlines or just remove them.
So:
"This is an attachment.pdf" would become "Thisisanattachment.pdf".
Hi Zara. I would see if you can test on another machine with a similar set up to see how it works. You might also want to go to Add-ons -> Plugins and make sure Adobe Acrobat plugin is enabled.

Thanks Guys,
The attachments are files and they are all PDF's. The machine we are using to test the files has Fire Fox 5 and is up to date.
