Launch Presentation Stopped Working

Hi,
I seem to have a problem with Presenter' 13 when I attempt to play a published presentation on my 'testing' computer. Regardless on what type of media, USB stick, CD or directly from the desktop it keeps coming up 'Launch_Presentation Stopped Working'.
If I play it on the main computer, all seems fine.
It's been a month or so since I completed any testing and i'm concerned that any presentations I put on to USB stick or CD will not play on other machines. Are there any tips on what to look out for to get Presenter working again on this machine? The 'testing' computer is Windows 10, 64 bit.

Hi, Simon -- So sorry to hear of your troubles! You may want to take a look at the suggestions offered over here in this older thread and run through some of the ideas listed there. Please also be sure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment to see if you encounter the same behavior.
Please let us know if issues persist and we will see what more we can do to assist!

It seems as though the issue has cleared up now, my testing computer will play the content. My courses are being used out in the field and no reported issues. Hopefully it was only local to me.
