I just published my first 3 Articulate Presenter presentations and published each to a CD so that I can preview them for a client in a few days. When I play the CD on my computer and click on the Resources button, I cannot open any of the PDFs or URLs.
That problem occurs only when you used special characters in the name of your resourse file. You should rename your pdf files without using any special character such as em-dash, en-dash etc.
Thanks for your response. The PDF resource was named Taking a Complaint.pdf so I don't think it is a naming issue unless the spaces count as a special character. And I'm having trouble opening the URL resources as well. It won't open when I play the CD on my computer and one of my coworkers got it to open on theirs. Could it be a setting on my computer that's causing the issue?
