Help! I created a course in Presenter for a client to load onto their LMS, SCORM 1.2. They say their LMS is looking for the index.html file, not the index_lms.html file and want me to "rename the file" so it works correctly. I know renaming it isn't going to fix that, so how do I fix this?
Hi, Jennifer -- Thanks so much for reaching out! May I ask if you happen to know the name of the LMS service your client utilizes in case there are others here in the community who use the same service and can share their experiences?
Hi, Jennifer -- Thanks so much for your patience while I did a bit more research! One of my colleagues shared this article where others had to rename their file to index.html in order to do things such as host on Google Drive. So, while we are not able to support modifying published output, you may want to give it a shot! Please let us know if that works or if you still have difficulties!

I believe it is plateau.

Thanks Christine! Turns out the client misnamed a file, so I think it's fine now. Whew!
Hooray, Jennifer! Glad to hear the mystery is solved! :)
