Logging Employee Completed Courses

We designed 4 training courses for employees.  The LMS is not accurately tracking the courses completed by company employees. 

For example, one employee experienced issues with 2 training courses. When he completed the courses hit the Home tab to exit the course, the system did not log him passing the course. It only acknowledged that he had started the course in the curriculum status.

In a different course, the LMS displays the employee as completing the course in his curriculum status, however, when opening that course, the LMS system wants him to complete the quiz again instead of showing the passing screen.

Several people have been able to complete all 4 courses with no problems at all.  Employees completing all 4 courses with passing test scores are only showing 50% of the courses completed in the training log, rather than 100% percent completed.

In addition, some employees had to change their internet browser from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome to complete the courses.

You might want to try testing your courses in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
