Losing audio

Hi all,
We have a very frequent problem, although it doesn't happen consistently all the time.

When we transfer A360 files (Presenter) to various people, we use Google Drive. Oftentimes, the audio drops off the files and we need to reimport/sync, etc. All we can figure is that this is somehow related to Google Drive but we don't know that for sure.

Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have a way around it?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. 

There are a few scenarios that could cause a Presenter 360 course to lose audio, and they are all detailed here: 

Google Drive should fall under the first scenario, so make sure that you were able to upload the *.ppta to the drive as well. If the issue persists after going through the scenarios, reach out to our support team here so we can provide additional assistance.
