This is a sharing question. In my organization, the ISDs have the licenses to Articulate Suite. We are trying to get the learning group to modernize the presentations by using Presenter. The plan is for the facilitators to pass us the PPTs to be upgraded, we work our magic and then pass them back. Will the facilitators be able to play the enhanced files even though they don't have a license? My group is really excited about using the quizmaker add on to enhance class discussions. Thanks!!
Good news! Once the presentations are published, they can be viewed by anyone. Here's an article that gives an in depth look at publishing a presentation with Presenter.
If they are opening the PowerPoint files to view your upgrades, they would need a license to have access to all the tools included in Presenter.
