Meridian LMS and Course Completions

We are in the process of implementing the Meridian LMS, and we are struggling with getting our Presenter 09 courses to complete in the system. they are published to version 1.2, and the completion tracking is tied to successfully completing the quiz. The courses currently complete in our current LMS (owned by Skillsoft, published in SCORM 2004, 3rd Ed). We are transitioning to Storyline, and a quick beta course successfully completes in 1.2.
Does anyone have experience with this LMS and getting their presenter courses to complete? I'm not sure what I'm missing, and their documentation is not helpful at all.

Hi Nicole,
I haven't personally worked with this LMS. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to assist with their servers, but hopefully someone that has experience with their service will chime in with some suggestions.
I would recommend posting over in the Building Better Courses section as well - this should get your question a little more exposure and the help you need. Your title here is perfect - be sure to mention the LMS in your next title if you decide to post it in the BBC section.
