Missing slides and errors while publishing
Apr 29, 2019
I am using Studio '13 (Presenter) with Office 365 on a system running Windows 10.
I have recently worked on 5 presentations. 2 out of the 5 were fine. 2 other presentations were missing 1 or 2 slides after publishing (by missing I mean the audio was there but there were no visuals). The last presentation I got an error that something went wrong and Articulate would have to close and so could not view the published content. All of these presentations are quite basic slides with imported audio - no animations or transitions. I have tried repairing Articulate and that has not helped. Any suggestions?

Hey Chris and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into.
It sounds like the errors you are seeing are file specific. You can import your presentation into a new file to see if that alleviates the issues you are running into.
If you need us to take a look, then with your permission, I'd like you to share your Articulate Package with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
Thank you, Leslie. With one of the files I tried importing to a new presentation but the issue persisted. I have submitted a case to support with the package file and the published folder.
Thanks for the update, Chris.
I see that Anna is taking a look and you should be hearing from her soon.
