Syncing Issues

Hello,
I am having major problems with 5 of my presentations in Presenter 2013. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am at the syncing audio stage....
When I preview them with powerpoint they all work fine. However, when I preview them in Articulate of publish them they are not the same. This happens whether I have synced the audio or have not included audio on the slide. The main problems are:
- The animations do not occur when I want them to.
- The articulate characters become distorted or are cropped.
- The animations finish prematurely.
- Some animations or images are missing.
I have kept the presentation on my local drive the whole time and have not named the files with special characters.
At present I have tried moving the slides into a new presentation. This didn't resolve any of the issues.
Is there anything else I can try?

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty, but thanks for sharing all of those details.
One additional question though, does this happen in a brand new file, without reusing sides from this presentation?
We also had a sync issue with Presentations with video that was corrected in Update 3. Are you utilizing the latest update for Studio '13.

It happens in both the original presentation and in the new presentation I copied the slides into.
I have other presentations that I am working on where there are no issues at all. It just seems to be these 5 presentations.
I am using the latest version of Articulate Presenter 13.
