The Outline should be listed as the "Starting tab" as indicated in this image below. You'll see that if you select an item within the Tab, you can also move it up and down with the arrows on the right hand side (that will actually change it's order, left to right within the player set up) and you can even change which one is the Starting tab. Since you mentioned another odd change within your Presenter course in another thread, you may want to conduct a repair of your Studio software, just to make sure there isn't anything going on behind the scenes.
