Movie not playing once the files are uploaded to server

hello, this is my first stab at running an e-learning project using articulate.

we have designed the course and everything is working well until we upload it to the server and then the movie which is embedded in the course will not start-

there is no error message, just a circle going round and round.

Additional information- the movie is placed in quiz maker so we could have control buttons. The server is on sharepoint.

HELP!!! My internal IT support is lost because they 'don't deal with flash'.

What do you think is happening? anybody else ever encounter this?

Hi Justin, thanks for your reply.

According to http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=2203 IT added 2 mime types on the IIS but the video is still not displayed.

The IT department do not have any flash background as they do not support flash in our company. They are asking for documentation on how the server should be configured to serve this content.

or any other ideas which may assist?

Hi Sarah,

Since your IT department does not support Flash, I'm curious if you're using an old version of the Flash Player that does not yet support FLV or MP4 files.  FLV support wasn't added until Flash Player 7 and MP4 support wasn't added until Flash Player 9.  Can you use the link below and tell me what Flash Player version you're using?
