Moving a license from one computer to another

Team,

I received a new company computer and attempted to move the Articulate license from the old to the new computer.  I now notice that all the features for Articulate Engage and QuizMaker and Presenter do not work.  I can not edit Engage and QuizMaker...etc.   Is the registration recognizing two computers and not giving full functionality on the new computer?  Any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

Are you only seeing this inside Presenter? It sounds like you may need to reactivate the Presenter Ribbon in Powerpoint to have the features work as expected. Let me know what version of Studio you're using and I'll share some directions here! 

As for registrations/activations - you're able to activate on up to two computers with your serial number. If you removed Studio from the other computer you will also want to make sure you Deactivated it so that it would free up a future activation.
