mp4 does not play in Articulate Jun 15, 2017 By Jo Turner I cannot get the mp4 video to play in Articulate (pre publishing) . I was advised to convert it using vlc to avi file but still does not work. Any ideas, this is urgent Thanks Jo

Would you be able to share the .story file that you are having difficulty with or perhaps the mp4 file for me to add to a course?
