MSHFLXGD missing - Articulate won't load

Hello,

The kind folks in our IT department recently treated me to a new laptop, with a fresh install of Articulate Studio. I transferred my old product license to the new machine without issue, and I'm now trying to edit a course. When I click on 'Slide Properties', I get this error message (see attachment).

I get a different error message when I click publish- but they all relate to things not being properly registered. What should I do? I need to get this taken care of so I can continue doing my job..
