Every time I launch PowerPoint 2010 I get an error box message: RED X: Unexpected error; quitting. If I click the OK button PowerPoint will launch. However when I go to Articulate in the .ppt ribbon to publish, I get the same message. When I tried to launch Articulate Presenter 09 from the Win7 Start Button All Programs Menu, I get the same error message when I click the launch PowerPoint button.
Anybody ever experienced anything like this? I've tried just about everything and I'm mystified!
Sounds like something is going on with your install. I'm not sure what all you've tried, but sounds like you need to uninstall and re-install for sure.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article to fix unexpected or erratic behavior in Articulate Studio '09.

Hi Leslie. Thanks for taking the time to offer a possible suggestion.
I reinstalled the suite this am and everything is working again.
You were absolutely correct in your recommendation...give yourself a big raise!
