Error message publishing Presenter 360 to Artiulate Online

Hello - 

I'm getting an error message when I try to publish my Presenter 360 course to Articulate Online.  When I do, I get the attached error.  When I click the "more info" on the error message, the guidance it gives it to reset the clock on my laptop.  I've done that (although the time was fine), but still get the error.
