I am trying to convert a power point created in Office '16 in Presenter '13, and I get an error message telling me that online presentations cannot be opened and save it to a local drive. I did that 4 x and I am still getting the error message. Any suggestions?
Hello, Bernadette. Our system requirements include PowerPoint 2016, as long as it too is locally installed. Click-to-Run versions and Office 365 web apps aren't supported.
Have you been able to successfully use Presenter '13 on other PowerPoint presentations?
Where do you have the .ppt file saved currently?
If you can share the .ppt file here, we can give it a go on our end!
Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I have been able to convert PPT files without much problem until we upgraded to Microsoft Office '16. The file is saved to my documents file, and please find it attached. Thanks for your help.
Hi Bernadette! It looks like you may have replied via email, and your attachment didn't come through. Could you click here to open the thread and then use the "Add Attachment" button?
Also, it looks like your email signature appeared here. No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it. :)

Hi Alyssa,
Thank you for your help. I attached the PPT above.
Hi Bernaette!
Thanks for sharing your file.
Of course, it opened as expected for me.
I created a Presenter Package to send back to you. See if you can download, save locally, unzip, and open the pptx file as expected.
