My Articulate Presenter menu suddenly disappeared from my menu bar. I can open Engage and Quizmaker interactions from my shortcuts but cannot access my Presenter menu. I've tried opening a new and old PowerPoints and rebooting.

You might need to make sure the ribbon hasn't been disabled. Take a look at this article and let me know if this fixes the problem.
