My Course is always setting a complete, regardless of slide views

Mar 05, 2013

Hey everyone,

Having a bit of trouble with Presenter. I've exported my course as: SCORM 2004, Completed-Incompleted, Minimum slides viewed = 40 of 47.

The course appears to always be passing to our LMS a completion, no matter how many slides are viewed. You can open up the course, move ahead one slide, close it, and you will be passed a completion. I've posted it in the SCORM Cloud and get the same results as well after viewing two slides: Completion = Completed; Satisfaction = Passed; Total Time = 49 secs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

If you're seeing the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, we may need to take a look at what's happening with the presentation. Any chance you can share the files with us, so we can take a look?
