Hi, I've published a project in Web. Reguest to email to colleagues. When received by colleagues they can not open. They download the zip and try to open the player.html. no luck.
Hi Kate, I had the same problem yesterday with a downloaded trial copy. I clicked on the generated HTML file and nothing happened. I presumed I had messed up somehow and saved it to an executable instead to test it. The next time I saved it to HTML it worked. I have had no trouble since. I did put in some effort to setting up a nice clean file structure so that I know exactly where the saved files are going.
It is one of those things that you ignore unless someone else shows up with the same problem. So if you still haven't solved it, just try re-saving. (Who am I, a raw novice, to be answering questions eh? But I was following up on Adrian to see who he is - he is answering some of my questions also - thanks Adrian.)

Welcome to Heroes. Did you send the whole output folder to them? Here is a tutorial.
