I've published an Articulate Presenter training using WEB and LMS - I then posted to an FTP site. I had the users unzip the files and save the presentation.html file to their local drives. They can get them to play but have no audio.
It seems the audio isn't playing at all anymore even on my computer when I preview the slides. I can see the recording time in the articulate record narration screen but hear no audio. Can someone at E-Learning Hereos take a look at my files as this is a rather large training and I would hate to re-record the entire training.
I actually used that document on Friday and tried everything. I've published it to different sources, WEB, CD, etc and there is no audio. I reinstalled Articulate and that didn't work either. I'm not sure what happened - I had audio but now even I preview there is no audio however I can see that there is a recorded time so the audio is there. Would you be able to look at the file?
Thank you Leslie - I wasn't able to upload on the forum so I submitted a case. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on fixing the audio!! Thank you for your help.
Sounds like you may have an issue with some missing audio when publishing as well?
I took a look at Katie's case above and it looks like we never got response/confirmation on if her issue was resolved.
We have an article here for the common reasons that your audio may be missing in your file. Not sure if that may be applicable to your scenario as well.
This thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure that Katie is still subscribed, but feel free to share a bit more information about the issue you are having and we'd be glad to assist. You are welcome to work directly with our support team here as well if needed.
Thanks for the response Leslie. Unfortunately none of the solutions in that article helped me, so I've put in a support ticket (01076097). I'm only losing audio when playing in IE : (

Sure Katie! You can upload your Articulate Package here for me to look at.
If you are unable to share it here in the forums, you can share it here in support, just mention this thread
