I am having an issue with an animation heavy slide in Presenter. It will preview fine in powerpoint. When I publish in Presenter the animations do not work properly. We have a person's arm that comes up and looks as if it is writing on a board as the text appears. The arm then disappears after the text appears. We have six text boxes that should as if they are being written on the board.
I had a couple of slides where there was animation to simulate drawing as well, but when viewed in Presenter, the sentence just appeared all at once. I'm interested in this answer as well.
You could save the text boxes as images and then have the images appear using the Wipe entrance, appearing from the left. It sin't exactly like writing but gives an ok impression.
Heres an example I quickly threw together, seems to look ok when previewed

Hi Karen and welcome to Heroes,
If you are experiencing issues with your animations a good place to start would be to refer to this blog entry here:

While Presenter supports the vast majority of PowerPoint animations, it does not support them all. For a list of supported animations, please see:

You can refer to our online documentation here regarding syncing your animation timings with your audio here:

Awww, bummer, my effect just won't work. That's OK, though...it'll be a good one for a non-Articulate effort. Thanks for the info! You guys are great!
