Our company has updated the office to office 2016. I have the account for Studio 13". But when I use the presenter 13" to open PPT, it is shown in error. How to handle it?
If you have Powerpoint 2016 installed, that should work with Presenter '13. If you're still seeing the error message, can you share a screenshot or the text of the error here with us?

Our office has been upgraded to Office 365. Does Studio 13' support office 365?
