I am working on a "page-turner" in Articulate Presenter. On two slides, there is a bulleted list of text. (I know, this sounds like very exciting "training")
When looking at it in PowerPoint, it looks fine. But, when I look at it in preview mode or when published, it has a strange overlapped look (see image). In PowerPoint, I can't find an extra text box, so it doesn't seem that there is an animated text box appearing that duplicates what's on the screen.

I am having a similar issue to the one described. No text effects although I do have a background and border added to my textbox. Was there ever a solution to this?

I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Do you have any effects on the text (shadow, reflection, styles??) i have seen those cause this behavior in the past.

Figured it out. My text box was a custom, irregular shape. Once I changed it back to a straight rectangle all is well!
Thanks for the update, Dale. Glad you got it resolved!
