The first slide in my presentation goes OK. The second slide I have an imported MP4 file. When I go to advance to the next slide, Power Point will not advance. It either locks up or it advances but the MP4 screen does not go away to show the text on slide 3.. Any ideas??

I am not published yet. I am just starting to do an Articulate Presenter. I have the PPP ready to go and then click on Articulate add-in. Then click on record. It is the second slide that has the MP4 imported and all goes well until I click next slide. It should advance to slide 3, and it has been, but the visual of the MP4 does not go away and then I am into lockup mode. If any of that makes sense. I then close and save. Then I can Preview, but I get no further than the second slide because at the end of the second slide is where PP does not advance.

Are you working locally as well?
Does this happen in any project or only the one that you are working in?
