PowerPoint 2007 generates errors when used with presenter
Sep 09, 2013
User is getting errors whe using Presenter with PowerPoint 2007.
Articulate Presenter )9 on Windows XP SP3
Downloaded from:
http://www.articulate.com/products/presenter.php
PowerPonit will launch successfullly and basic slides are created and saved, however this takes a very long time. Then when trying to use presenter (within PowerPoint) there are multiple error messages generated:
MSHFLXGD.OCX and other similar components - not registered - I have registered these through the command line - no success
Also a mesasge about "register_codejockV11........"
This causes PowerPoint to freeze requiring a forced application shutdown, each time.

Thanks Gavin - I see that Niki already sent you an email back with the following troubleshooting steps:
If you receive an error message while using Presenter '09 that Codejock.CommandBars.v11.2.1.ocx is missing one of its dependencies or is not correctly registered, please follow the steps outlined in this article to resolve your issue:
