I have had a horrible time this go round with Articulate. I am using Articulate 09 Studio with PowerPoint 2007. When I go to publish a course, there are no options. Articulate Presenter, Web, Articulate Online, etc. are completely missing - even the tabs are missing. Have you ever seen anything like this?
One thing that might be causing this is multiple PPT instances that are not listed in the application bar.
To check:
1. Close the current one you can see,
2. from the Task Manager, view by Processes and click the Name tab,
3. Then look for any other hidden instances (PowerPoint.exe).
4. If you see one, right click and end the process.
Don't ask me why this happens, it just does with Articulate sometimes. But when I see the problem you're describing, this is usually what has happened.
Can you please restart your computer? It's actually the AP6.exe file that has multiple instances. You would need to close all of those instances to resolve the issue. However, restarting your computer will do the same thing.
ANYWAY, the reboot seemed to work. Prior to the reboot, I only saw one instance of AP6.exe but there was obviously another one lurking the background. I just need to remember that if things start being crazy, just reboot.

That is very interesting. Unfortunately, there was only one instance of PPT running, so that didn't rectify anything. Bah.
Hi Dodie & welcome to Heroes,

Can you try the steps outlined in this article to see if they resolve your issue?

Thanks.
Hi Brian,
That is true as well with the multiple AP6 versions. I have had both happen, and more often it is the PPT versions issue. But thanks for the reminder!
