Powerpoint crashes

Hi I was wondering if any one could help me.

Everytime I tried and add annotations this box appear

' (C:\...\EndNote\EndNoteCwyw.dotm)'

it allows me to annotate but when I press save & close powerpoint crashes and a mircosoftoffice encoutered problem needs to close appears.

If any one can help. I cannot begin to explain how happy I would be. This e-learning programme I am developing is part of my dissertation and I need it to be working ASAP!!!!
