I am having issues when trying to record the narration for a tutorial. The NOTES are not appearing on the right hand side of the screen. I have tried this with several PPT's and have the same issues. I am doing the following
Thanks for this tip. This option was already switched on. When I am in PPT you can see the notes, as soon as I hit the option record narration they dissappear and they can not be seen on the right-hand side of the screen.
Bruce's suggestion usually does the trick. Can you send us your files so we can take a closer look? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

I managed to resolve the problem. Once I logged into my computer outside of the company network and opened the presentation and then clicked on record narration the text was there. I have a feeling that our network was causing issues with the content.

Have to admit, I have been scratching my head over this one....
It's either going to be something HIDEOUS, or something with a DOH! factor 10...
