Presentation Advances Too Slowly

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help with this.  I have made some changes to an existing Articulate presentation and when it is published to our LMS, the slides advance very slowly.  For example, a slide for which the timing says it lasts 11 seconds takes about 35 seconds to play. 

The customer has asked that the slides be user-advanced, and that they be required to view the entire slide before they have the option of proceeding to the next slide, so simply moving on when you are finished is not an option.   

When I play the presentation on the computer that has Articulate loaded on it, it plays normally, even from the LMS environment, but from another computer it takes far more time to view the same presentation. 

I have looked at slide properties and presentation properties, but everything appears to be the same as other presentations we have published with no issues.  Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?  How did you fix it?
