I have a Presenter 13 project that starts upgrading and never finishes the first step (upgrading the Quiz) and stops with an error that the project cannot be upgraded. No further information as to why. It was built in Powerpoint and Studio 13. Where do you start troubleshooting?
OK it looks like something related to the quizzes. What I did to work around it was on a separate machine still running '13, I extracted the most current quiz files. I then transferred those to the 360 machine and one at a time, opened each directly with Quizmaker. Each time it prompted and upgraded the quiz file, leaving the original with a backup file name in same folder. Then in the presentation, removed all quiz slides. Next, hit Preview and got the prompt to upgrade the presentation, which worked. Finally, I re-inserted all the quizzes, choosing the now upgraded files. It looks like there was some issues with upgrade in place for that it was choking on, but OK now. If you get mystery "Cannot upgrade.." error and have embedded quizzes, watch the upgrade status message, and if its dumping out during quiz upgrade, try it.
