I have an issue when the published module fails to render fonts correctly from the original PPT. Preview also reveals the same issue. Appears thicker withkerning issues and words running into each other.
The font is also embedded in the PPT via save options.
Specs:
Windows 7 Enterprise 6.1 SP1
Presenter 09 V6.3.1402.0316 Pro Update 10
Font:
Calibri Light
Security Update KB2753842not in the list of installed updates.
It seems the issue was a conflicting font installed on my local machine. While the embedded font appears as intended in PPT when it publishes it seems to re-render the font based on system fonts. I uninstalled the fonts and reinstalled a set I found elsewhere and suddenly there was finally consistency in the output.
I suppose this means the embedded characters in the PPThave little to no bearing on the published presentation? you need to have the exact same font installed on your local system.

Hello Anh,
You may want to go over this thread here as it seems like the same issue.

Hello Anh,
Thanks for the update, and glad to hear you got the issue cleared up. And you would need to have the fonts installed on your local machine.
