I've inserted a video(mp4). This video slide works fine when I preview the course, however, after publishing I run into an issue.
The course correctly advances to the slide containing the video, but when on the slide, it pauses for approximately 8 seconds prior to starting the video. If I click the play button it does nothing, until that 8 seconds is up.

Hi Carol! Most people are asking how to make that happen, not having issues with it happening unexpectantly

Are you viewing in its intended environment as your learner would?
