I am working on an elearning module. I use Powerpoint 2003 and presenter 09.
My powerpoint file contains animations but no audio.
After publishing, the duration of slides (those with animations) is too long. So the animations go correctly (most of the time...) but the slide lasts about 8 additional seconds after the end.
I set the duration of slides in powerpoint. The problem remains.
I set the duration of slides in articulate (articulate menu > sync animations). The problem remains.
One thing you may want to try, is insert a blank audio track that only lasts about a second after the animations complete. You can use the tips here to do that.
