I scrubbed my PC and installed Windows 8.1, then downloaded Presenter 09. But when I install the download, I get a message that says "Unable to install the Microoft .Net Framework 2.0. Please check your Internet connection and run this setup again." My connection is fine. Any suggestions?
I'm not sure if this solution will work, but could you try installing the .net framework 2.0 first? This thread speaks to a different windows version, but may still work.
I hope you have found the resolution for the query you asked. Could you please share the resolution with me as I am facing the same issue.
I have windows 8.1 on my system that has .net framework 4.6 as default. When I am trying to enable framework 2 and 3 from the installed windows program. It doesn't let me install.
Are you using Presenter '13 or '09? Are you having difficulty installing the net frameworks, or Presenter as a whole? You'll need the Net Framework 4.5 if you're using Presenter '13 and here are some steps for going through the repair and installing it.

Thanks Ashley,
My problem has solved. It was due to the group policy of my company.
Thanks,
Nitesh
