Presenter '09 working with office 365

Does presenter 09 work with office 365, 64 bit, windows 7 ? I can't get it to open power point.

Our system requirements for Studio '09 (including Presenter) are detailed here:

Operating System:	Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4 or later, Windows XP SP2 or later (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 2003, Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit), or Windows 8 (32-bit or 64-bit)
.NET Runtime:	.NET 2.0 or later (gets installed if not present)
Microsoft PowerPoint:	PowerPoint 2000, PowerPoint 2002 (PowerPoint XP), PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007 or 32 Bit PowerPoint 2010
Microsoft Word:	Word 2000, Word 2002 (Word XP), Word 2003, Word 2007, or 32 Bit Word 2010
Adobe Flash Player:	Adobe Flash Player 6.0.79 or later (http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash)

So if I do the roll back to a 32 bit Office 365, It still will not work as intended. Is that correct.

Correct - Office 365 is not listed as one of the options in terms of working with Studio '09.
