Hi, Nisha -- I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you are having here and thanks for letting us know that you have uninstalled and reinstalled Studio '13 and PowerPoint 2013. Unfortunately, I do not see the screenshot of the error you have attached. Please be sure to stop over into the thread when you reply vs. replying via email, as any attachments submitted that way will not be accessible here in the thread. (There will be a grey ADD ATTACHMENT button at the bottom of the reply box you can use.)

I'd also like to ask if you can run through a few general troubleshooting steps, as well. Please confirm that you are all working locally, and also see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13. And just to be certain, please also run through these steps on How to Repair Articulate Studio '13 when you have an opportunity.

Hope that helps and please let us know if issues persist! :)

Hi, Nisha -- Thanks for the update, and it appears that you are still attempting to reply via email. What I will need you to do is click here to be taken into the forum thread itself. Scroll to the bottom of the list, and at the bottom, you will see a blank reply box. If you click in the box, you will be able to type your message, and in the bottom left of the box, you will see a grey ADD ATTACHMENT button.

If you click there, you will be able to browse for your file, and then hit "Post Reply" and your new message and attachment will appear here in the thread.

Or, if you would like to submit your file privately for review, you are welcome to use this form as an alternative. Please let me know if you have any questions, and we'll get you sorted out as soon as possible! :)
