I am encountering problem with the power point file after publishing the course.Once I publish the file and close it and try to open it again my PPT crashes and cant use or update that file anymore.
Hi, Nisha -- I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you are having here and thanks for letting us know that you have uninstalled and reinstalled Studio '13 and PowerPoint 2013. Unfortunately, I do not see the screenshot of the error you have attached. Please be sure to stop over into the thread when you reply vs. replying via email, as any attachments submitted that way will not be accessible here in the thread. (There will be a grey ADD ATTACHMENT button at the bottom of the reply box you can use.)

This sounds exactly like the issue that I just submitted. I am using PowerPoint 2010 and Just upgraded to Windows 10 about a week ago. But the technical issue is identical. I have several programs that will not open at this point. Thanks. And, good luck!

I'd also like to ask if you can run through a few general troubleshooting steps, as well. Please confirm that you are all working locally, and also see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13. And just to be certain, please also run through these steps on How to Repair Articulate Studio '13 when you have an opportunity.
Hope that helps and please let us know if issues persist! :)
Hi Team,
PFA the file & error file too.
Regards,
Nisha
I tried all the trouble shooting steps you have mentioned in ‘erratic behavior in Articulate 13’ but no luck.

Thanks a ton Christie.
The repair file zip could repair my damaged files when I followed the instructions.
I guess the problem was with the Flash player version 19.0.0.185.
When I downloaded latest flash player 19.0.0.207 the issue got resolved.
Now my files are working fine after publishing also.
Regards,
Nisha
Hooray, Nisha! I am delighted to hear that solved the issue for you! Please feel free to let us know if you need anything else. :)
